Vegan/Gluten Free Nut Butter Balls(Pre/During/After Workout)

Here is my next recipe. These would be perfect for before, during, or after a workout.

Vegan Gluten Free Nut Butter Balls featuring Genuine Health Vegan Proteins Plus.

-3/4 cup organic GF Peanut Almond or your favorite nut butter without sweetener.
-1/2 cup (3 servings or scoops) Genuine Health Vegan Proteins Plus powder Chocolate, Vanilla or Strawberry.
-1/2 cup GF crisp rice cereal (preferably organic brown rice crisp rice cereal).
-3-5 Tablespoons GF organic Rice Syrup Mix in a small bowl.
-Set aside: 1/4 cup crushed GF crispy rice cereal (for rolling balls in) 1/4 cup toasted nuts roughly chopped (for rolling balls in).
-Mix ingredients adding 3 Tablespoons of the rice syrup add more if necessary until mixture is easy to roll into balls.
-Roll to desired size and then roll in the small bowl of crisp rice cereal and chopped nuts chill for 1 hour to firm up or until ready to eat. Store in snack sized zip lock bags for travel or to take along on a ride.
